How our AI companion, Wize, works — in plain language.
Content
- What Wize is. A daily well-being companion powered by AI. It is not a therapist, doctor, diagnosis, treatment, crisis, or emergency service.
- What Wize does. Daily check-ins, suggests small practices, responds in your chosen persona, and points you to real help when needed.
- What Wize won't do. Diagnose, treat, prescribe, handle emergencies, or serve minors.
- Safety. If risk cues appear (self-harm, abuse, emergency), Wize surfaces help resources (112 / 911 / helplines). See
/safety. - Your data. Conversations are anonymised or not stored, and are not used to train models.
- Human review. Wize's responses are reviewed by doctors and qualified experts.
- Limitations. AI can be wrong. Don't rely on Wize for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
- Report an issue. How to flag a bad or unsafe response.
- "Hey Wize". A brand phrase — there is no always-on listening; you tap to talk.
