Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

Please read this carefully. It explains what InnerWise is for, and what it is not.

InnerWise is here to support your everyday well-being. We are honest about its limits, because your safety matters more than any feature.

General wellness only

InnerWise, including Wize, supports everyday well-being through practices, reflection, and gentle guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.

Not for emergencies

InnerWise is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in danger, or you are thinking about self-harm, contact your local emergency number now (112 in India, 911 in the US) or a helpline. Our Safety & Crisis page lists helplines you can reach any time.

Not treatment for diagnosed conditions

InnerWise is not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage a diagnosed mental-health or medical condition. If you live with one, please keep working with your care team.

Results vary

Well-being practices help many people, and we grade the evidence honestly on our Science page. Even so, effects differ from person to person and are not guaranteed. Mindfulness and similar practices do not suit everyone, or every moment.

Talk to a professional first

Please speak with a qualified professional before making health decisions, especially if you are pregnant, live with a medical condition, or take medication.

For adults

InnerWise is designed for adults aged 18 and over.
