Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-14Draft: pending legal review

This is a working draft in plain language. It is not final legal text until our counsel signs off, including the governing-law and liability sections.

These terms are the agreement between you and InnerWise. We have kept them short and readable. Please read them, because using InnerWise means you accept them.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using InnerWise, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use InnerWise

InnerWise is for adults aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm you meet that age.

3. What InnerWise is, and is not

InnerWise supports everyday well-being with practices, check-ins, and a companion called Wize. It is general wellness, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency or crisis service. Please read the Wellness & Medical Disclaimer and, in an emergency, use Safety & Crisis.

4. Your account

Please give accurate information, keep your login details safe, and let us know if you suspect someone else is using your account. One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Using InnerWise fairly

Please use InnerWise for your own well-being and within the law. Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, scrape or copy its content, or use it to harm others.

6. Subscriptions

InnerWise is free to start. If we introduce paid plans in a later phase, we will show the price, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms clearly before you pay. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the Refund & Cancellation policy.

7. Content and ownership

Our app, brand, and content belong to us or our licensors. What you write, such as journal entries and check-ins, belongs to you. By using the service you give us the limited permission we need to store and show your content back to you and to run the features you use.

8. Wize and AI

Wize is an AI companion with clear limits. Please use it as intended, and never as a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or emergency service. See the AI Disclosure.

9. Disclaimers and liability

InnerWise is provided as is. We work hard to keep it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived under law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using InnerWise and delete your account at any time from Settings or the Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our registered entity, and disputes are handled in that jurisdiction. [COLLECT: governing law and jurisdiction]

12. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Questions? Reach us through the Contact page.
